Everyday we have different meat and fish specialities freshly made with local and seasonal products.
We serve fresh pasta and the dough is handly rolled out according to the romagnola tradition. You will taste first-quality tagliatelle, ravioli (stuffed pasta), strozzapreti (a typical romagnola pasta) and lasagne.
